I am 55 and not a gym person. This team was able to keep me going for two years now, every week, month after month, season after season.

They are a group of trainers with university degrees in exercise science, physical education, physical therapy, and related disciplines. They know what they are doing.

Going to a very clean and controlled environment right after Covid was important to me. This is by their choice a non-overcrowded gym, meaning that their large clientele is spread up across different time slots and private rooms. They offer small group classes and one-on-one sessions with private trainers. They are very flexible and work around your work/school schedule.

The gym is sparkly clean, well-lit, bathrooms smell like heaven. Their showers are cleaner than mine.

The team is young, incredibly enthusiastic, with a great attitude. Sometimes you meet them at the end of a long workday, sometime after a bad day, and they lift you up with their positive vibes and make you feel that you can conquer the world. And this is why I will keep going to Infinity Wellness.
