I have been struggling with my weight all my life.

When the doctor told me “It is now or goodbye”, I had to do something. I have a 13-year-old daughter and I want to see her through life. So when I joined Infinity Wellness I knew this was the place that was going to help me.

This place (Infinity Wellness) is awesome. I started working out in August and it has been a life-changing experience ever since. The team at Infinity Wellness is out of this world.

Starting with Cam, he gets you and sets everything up. Then he goes and gets you with a trainer and that trainer takes you on a health trip of a lifetime. I have lost fat (about 29 lbs) and gained muscle, but more than that I have my mind and body working as one. One of the many great parts of this wellness center is you get one trainer and he is with you throughout your journey.

Since coming to Infinity Wellness it has been 1 trainer and the gains are unstoppable. I am stronger, lighter, happier, and never bored of my workouts. I want to go all the time, that is what a great gym does, makes you want to go.

I want to also say that my trainer, Evan is well educated in how the body and muscles work together. He has me on a journey that I will never forget.
